Please read these terms carefully before using BitiTap.

By registering as a seller or purchasing a product as a buyer on BitiTap, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions and our strict Refund Policy.

💸 Refund & Cancellation Policy

All Sales are Final.

Because our platform deals exclusively in Digital Goods (e-books, software, notes, templates, etc.) which are delivered instantly via email, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once a purchase is successfully processed and the file is delivered.

  • Exceptions: A refund will ONLY be issued if:
    • The provided digital file is corrupted or completely inaccessible.
    • The seller fails to approve your UTR/Payment within 48 hours.
  • To request an exception refund, contact support@bititap.com with your Order details and payment proof within 3 days of purchase.

1. Platform Role & UPI Payments

BitiTap acts as a technology bridge between Sellers and Buyers. Buyers pay sellers directly via UPI. The platform verifies transactions via UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) numbers. Buyers must enter the exact 12-digit UTR to receive their digital goods. Fake UTR submissions will result in an immediate IP and email ban.

2. Seller Responsibilities & Prohibited Content

As a Creator/Seller on our platform, you are strictly prohibited from selling:

  • Pirated software, movies, music, or cracked applications.
  • Content that violates copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
  • Adult content, illegal materials, or scam/fraudulent guides.

🚨 Disclaimer: BitiTap holds zero liability for the content uploaded by sellers. If any seller is found violating these rules, their account will be permanently terminated without notice.

3. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for providing a valid, working email address during checkout. BitiTap is not responsible if a file is sent to an incorrectly typed email address. Digital links expire or may be limited to a certain number of downloads to prevent abuse.

4. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
